Fluent Turkish - Client Relationship/Account Executive
£38,000 + bonus and benefits
City (rota basis - Monday - Sunday)

The purpose of the role is to be the frontline ambassador of the company, providing personalised assistance and support to clients they navigate the company’s digital platform. Through your interactions, you will ensure that every customer interaction is marked by efficiency, accuracy, and genuine care, contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of the client base. 

THE ROLE:

* The purpose of the role is to be the frontline ambassador of the company, providing personalised assistance and support to clients they navigate the company’s digital platform. Through your interactions, you will ensure that every customer interaction is marked by efficiency, accuracy, and genuine care, contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of the client base.
* Provide exceptional customer service to players through live chat, email, and phone interactions.
* Address and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, including account-related issues, payment concerns, and technical assistance.
* Assist customers in navigating the platform, guiding them through registration, deposit, withdrawal processes, and using various features.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company products and services to effectively assist customers with accurate information.
* Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the customer service database.
* Keep up to date with the latest promotions, offers, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide insights for improving products and services.
* Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. 

THE PERSON
* Ability to self-manage and multi-task
* Experience working in a gaming background in a customer-focused role
* Excellent listening skills
* Fluent in Turkish and English
* Strong problem-solving skills
