Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Scope:
* You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales in your area.
* You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
* You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Key objectives:
* Sales of residential properties
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Remuneration:
* £20,000+ Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
* Company Car or £2,000 per annum car allowance
* £30,000+ On Target Earnings
