Responsibilities:
* Managing your own portfolio of clients
* Preparing and filing year end accounts under both FRS102 & FRS105
* Preparing and submitting both personal & corporate tax returns
* Offering tax advice where possible
* Overseeing bookkeeping & VAT returns
* Managing and mentoring a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support where necessary
* Ensuring that all work is completed accurately and to a high standard within strict deadlines
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business development
* Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cashflows
* Working to budgets to ensure maximum recovery of time and fees.
