Head of DevOps

Head of DevOps – Remote UK - £100000

We are helping an innovative tech business scale their cloud software team.
Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Head of DevOps to help lead and grow a team of talented DevOps Engineers.

This role is focused on leadership and setting the strategic direction of the DevOps team. This would suit someone who is already leading a team or someone who wants to step up into a leadership role.

This role is remote within the UK with occasional visits to their Milton Keynes office for leadership meetings.

To be a successful, the ideal Head of DevOps candidate will have:
* A background in full line management of a team (currently 9 people).
* Strong experience of setting strategy and driving performance and optimisation.
* Experience of defining performance metrics for DevOps teams
* Experience of working with AWS technologies
