Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Pharmacy Product Team. Driving our business and transforming the customer and colleague healthcare experiences, you will play a key role in our digital transformation.
About the opportunity
The Product Manager owns their product from inception and throughout the product lifecycle. They represent the ’voice of the customer’ by bringing knowledge of the vision, domain, and users. Monitoring the products performance and development they promote the delivery of maximum value.
* Supports the definition of Product strategy and vision aligned to business outcomes and objectives
* Manages development of product roadmaps ensuring consideration for customer, business, and technology needs
* Manages prioritisation and refinement of items in the product backlog, maximising value delivery
* Represents the Product Management Team at relevant development ceremonies, such as PI planning and sprint demos
* Maintains alignment between product development and defined objectives, working with stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure successful product releases
About you
* You are an experienced Product Manager or Owner with demonstrable experience across a variety of Products or Domains
* You are a digital advocate with an interest in current trends in digital development and omni-channel healthcare
* You are data driven and customer focussed
* You demonstrate great attention to detail, whilst keeping sight of the bigger picture
* As a proactive, independent individual you are adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
