Job Description:

Join our team as an Early Career Teacher based in the WF1 area, starting September 2024. This part-time, flexible position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the education of young learners in diverse school settings.
Randstad Education has been supporting the careers of teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff across South Yorkshire for over 20 years.We are proud to be a Lot 1 preferred supplier of supply staff for several of the largest Multi Academy Trusts across South Yorkshire, in accordance with the National CCS framework (Crown Commercial Service). This gives Randstad Education candidates access to many schools and academies that other agencies cannot offer you (with excellent rates of pay).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum guidelines and school policies.
- Support the learning and development of students, providing individualized attention where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records to track their academic and personal growth.
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and ensure the well-being of all students at all times.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or relevant subject area, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining it (ITT).
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
