Principal Designer Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations and other relevant legislation
* Conduct site inspections at all construction phases
* Manage design risk ensuring building control is satisfied over a varied portfolio of clients
The Principal Designer should possess
* Knowledge of Building control and Building regulations
* A member of a professional body: CABE/MICE/RIBA
* A degree in a technical building qualification: Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture (preferable)
