Engineering Manager 

A high paced , high transactional and technically challenging SME are looking to bring in hand’s off technically astute Engineering Manager. 

Have you led teams in the past but still feel that you can do more? or want to do more?

The team is about 20 + in size, it doesn’t matter if you haven’t managed that size but as long as you have managed a in a fast paced environment. 

The Role includes areas such as 

• Product delivery 
• People management
• Team management 
• Tech & Architecture

Are you?

• Multiple years technical experience in Web environment - Development / DevOps /Testing
• 3 years team lead / engineering management experience 
• Experience of owning the delivery process 
• Working with external partners
• Exceptional communication 
• Results focussed 
• strong attention to detail 
• A focus on team working and building 
• Big picture thinker
