Job Description:
New Architectural Technician opportunity!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Architectural Technician to join a National Architectural Practice, on a permanent staff basis.
Based in Milton Keynes, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing to Retail projects across the UK!
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise Revit software to develop models of buildings and structures
* Support the design team
* Maintain and develop strong client relations
* Prepare detailed Architectural drawings, plans and elevations
* Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and other stakeholders to integrate Architectural designs
Key Requirements:
* 3 years’ experience working as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
* A degree in Architecture
* Experience working on Retail projects
* Proficiency using Revit is essential
* Highly creative and detail orientated
* Experience using AutoCAD is beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
