We are currently recruiting for a luxury British brand who are looking to hire an International Junior Account Manager. As their ROW LATAM Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving their international growth. They are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to manage key distributor and retailer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and uncovering new market opportunities.
As a privately-owned, luxury British brand, they have cultivated a robust international customer base of independent retailers and boast a strong presence in the UK. Their commitment to a long-term vision drives them to establish premium and luxury partnerships. Their market channels include direct-to-consumer, wholesale, agents, agencies, and distributors, ensuring a consistent approach in reaching consumers through premium retail partnerships.
As their Junior International Account Manager, your role will be essential to supporting their international expansion by managing key distributor and retailer accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and helping to uncover new market opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary contact for distributor and retailer accounts, handling queries and directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
Accurately process orders from distributors and account managers, maintaining data integrity within our systems.
Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Provide weekly Orderbook reports to managed accounts and resolve any arising issues.
Support account managers and business development managers in achieving annual sales targets.
Manage back orders, check stock availability, and handle sample requests from customers.
Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regular meetings and updates.
Assist in training new team members and ensure customer data accuracy.
Collaborate with credit control on payment matters.
Uphold and promote the brand’s communication style and tone.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in an Account Executive or Customer Service role.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Positive mindset with a focus on maximising sales.
Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Creativity and open-mindedness, essential for contributing to a creative business.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Enjoys collaborative environments and group discussions.
Excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
