Job Description:
Job Title: Order Support Specialist
Location: Paisley, Glasgow
Pay rate: £13.84 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Working pattern: Fully office based for first 6 months, then hybrid working will be offered at 2 days working from home
Parking at office location: Yes
Interview date: Friday 2nd August
Start date: Monday 12th August
Duration: Long term temp to perm
This is a newly created position to join a brand new department for a large global organisation as an Order Support Specialist
Within the role you will be responsible for high volume order management from converting quotations into orders to be processed for delivery, arranging deliveries, verbally updating customers on stock updates, delivery delays, updates etc
Key skills required
* Excellent customer service with the confidence to be able to provide updates via the telephone
* Attention to detail
* Strong administrative experience
* SAP/CRM system knowledge desirable
* Team player
