Recruitment Consultant - Education

Basic £30,000 - £35,000

Established for over 15 years, our client is a market-leading Education Recruitment Company with offices throughout the UK. They provide teachers and support staff to schools nationwide and offer temporary and permanent placements across the spectrum.

They are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join the already busy team. You will be given your own desk to service a database of clients to work with and the autonomy to develop and grow the desk.

The role will be varied and will involve:

· Working with local schools to provide a recruitment service as they need it.

· Advertising roles across job boards, social media and locally to attract the best candidates.

· Interviewing, assessing and ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work.

· Sales and business development to schools and education establishments.

· Maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with all business parties.

· Visiting schools and assessing requirements.

· Ensuring a high standard of service is always delivered.

· Working as part of a team to ensure the branch hits its objectives.
