Job Description:
* Temporary role ASAP for 2-3 months
* Fully office based in central London 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri
* £15 to £17 per hour dep on experience
My client is a membership /trade association who operate within the construction industry. They are a successful and growing organisation who are hiring for n ew posts
We are looking for a temporary Finance Executive to join for 2 to 3 months until they recruit for a permanent member of staff.
They will consider somebody on a part time basis as well as full time. This would suit somebody who is starting their career in finance with a related degree
Duties to include
* Creating sales invoice
* Processing purchase invoices
* Data input
* Working with Excel
* Assisting with office admin tasks such as post
* Answering phones
About you
* A finance or accounting related degree
* Some basis office admin skills
* Strong Excel skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Must be willing to get involved in admin tasks
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to start immediately and committ ongoing for about 2-3 months
This is a fully office based role in central London. OFfice hours are 9am - 5pm,, Monday to Friday. They will consider candidates who want to work three days a week as well as those who want a full time role
