A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for Project Contracts Manager for a perm role on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
* Carry out site survey inspections
* Complete Site Audit reports on the system
* Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
* Create work schedules for fitters on the company system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
* Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client’s quotation and project requirements
* Collate job packs for the fitters on site making sure that they have the information needed to carry out a project
* Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
Requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing project teams
* Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines
* Strong drive to achieve project objectives efficiently
* Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Clear and concise communication skills for effective project coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for project data analysis
* Experience in project management methodologies and tools
* Background in construction flooring projects is advantageous
* Full driving licence
