Key Responsibilities:
 
* Manage a team of four
* Lead the financial strategy and planning
* Oversee all financial operations and performance
* Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
* Ensure robust financial controls and compliance
* Drive financial growth and profitability
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role
* Strong background in the construction industry (preferred)
* Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills
* Experience managing rapid growth and scaling businesses
