This is a commission only job role.
About us:
We are a recently established international freight forwarding business, registered in the UK, offering a comprehensive service to clients throughout the world. We are not restricted to just the UK market - we have a worldwide client base with carefully selected oversea agents, to assist us with any enquiry or trade-lane required.
We are seeking highly motivated, highly dedicated sales agents, acting on a self-employed/consultancy basis for an immediate start, to grow the UK side of our business and take it to the next level.
Responsibilities as a Sales Agent:
* You will provide initial quotations to the client offering our comprehensive transport solutions, whilst also marketing our warehousing, distribution and consolidation services.
* You will develop, maintain and penetrate new clients through your extensive knowledge and experience of Freight Forwarding and Logistics services, using all techniques available to you - cold calling, B2B/B2C mailing lists, personal contacts, with the focus on generating leads and turning call-backs into golden opportunities.
Once a new client has successfully been gained, you will create a customer report, detailing SOP requirements, services required and price structure (if applicable), passing over to operations to ensure we offer best-in-class customer service.
It will be your responsibility to develop, maintain and maximise business opportunities within your client base until you are ready for Operations to handle future quote enquiries. This transition will then allow you to focus on acquiring new clients and growing the business further.
You will work 100% remotely and be expected to use your own equipment and tools to achieve your goals.
Experience as a Sales Agent:
* Experience of selling Freight Forwarding and Logistics services is essential, and you will not be considered for the job role if you do not have this.
* No additional qualifications or experience is required for this role - success lies in your hands! You will demonstrate high levels of discipline and dedicate as many hours as you deem necessary to reach your desired objectives and those of the company.

This package is designed to encourage and incentivise you to generate repeat business, which Operations will handle on your behalf. This setup allows you to focus on acquiring new clients, with your earnings directly linked to your efforts. You will continue to receive a 40% commission for every shipment from a client for as long as they remain with us, even after transitioning them to Operations for management. Your potential earnings are driven by your personal motivation, but top performers in this field should be looking to achieve a six-figure income annually.
