Job Description:
To be part of an in-house team engaged in a full-scope global integration of SAP SuccessFactors. You will be primarily responsible for defining, overseeing, and ensuring the successful global integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

I am keen to speak to any SuccessFactors Architects, with experience of large scale SF integration’s. This is a key role with-in this global programme and will drive the adoption and integration SF, so previous experience is key for this role - Experience / knowledge of one or more of the following modules is required.

* Responsibilities include:

Solution Design and Strategy:
Develop and define comprehensive HR transformation strategies that leverage SAP SuccessFactors, to align with business objectives.
* Design end-to-end HR solutions and architectures that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.

Integration, Configuration and Data Migration:
Oversee the integration of a various modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.Ensure data accuracy and integrity during data migration processes.Lead planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the modules.Configure the system according to agreed-upon specifications and ensure that it functions as intended.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during integration.
Change Management and Training:
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimise resistance.Create training materials and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users on how to use modules effectively.

Continuous Improvement:
* Monitor industry trends and new SAP SuccessFactors updates to recommend ongoing improvements.
* Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to make continuous enhancements to configuration.
