Description
The successful Sales Merchandising Manager will:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories (South East to Blue Water Shopping Centre)
* Direct Reports: 1-2 Beauty Consultants
* Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
* Participate in sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
* Be proactive - lead from the front
* Journey Plan routes (supported, if need be)
Profile
A successful Sales Merchandising Manager may have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
* Proven work experience in the retail industry, particularly in sales roles
* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Job Offer

* Up to £32,000
* 6% bonus (quarterly)
* Mileage/travel expenses
