Job Description:
Joining us as one of the three new Peer Leader - Lettings roles, you will help us to shape a leadership team responsible for the delivery of new homes to over 1600 families each year.
Working in collaboration you will provide leadership, coaching and guidance to wider colleagues within the Lettings team to support us to improve the quality of our service delivery and ensure compliance with our policies and processes, striving for continuous improvement in both customer services, partnership working and key KPI’s.
Bringing your experience of lettings within the social housing sector, you will support colleagues and share best practice to embed our approach to brilliant customer service. You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and thoughtfulness to support your peers to meet the needs of Stonewater’s customers in a way that is responsive and human.
Working as a Peer Leadership team you will work to specialist areas of support, including training and improvement, complex case management and troubleshooting, void specification, contractor complianceand Local Authority partnership support.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be resilient, vibrant and share Stonewater’s values.
* Have experience in allocations, lettings or empty homes management, in the social housing sector.
* Have experience of working in partnership with Local Authorities or Contracting partners to deliver a shared objective.
* Have experience of coaching, mentoring or managing colleagues.
* Have experience of safeguarding and managing complex customer cases.
* Be experienced in partnership working to meet the needs of customers.
* Be able to think ’beyond process’ to find innovative solutions for customers.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be skilled in problem solving and have experience of projects and working with new tools and processes and overcoming organization conflict.
* Be committed to innovation, quality, customer service and value for money.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
