Job Description:
Sales Support - up to £35,000 (DOE) - W1
A luxury commercial property company with 9 buildings across Central London is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support their property sales team, building up strong relationships with clients whilst also updating social media marketing across all channels.
Based in their gorgeous head office in the West End of London, you will be responsible for social media campaigns across all platforms, whilst also building strong relationships with external clients, ensuring they are provided with a 1st class service.
As first point of contact for property brokers / estate agents, the Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for building trusting relationships, confirming viewings, sending out proposals and ensuring all details are correctly uploaded.
The successful candidate will:
* Have 12 months administration and customer service experience, ideally within property - you may have previously been a lettings negotiator or sales negotiator within estate agency.
* Have previous experience building relationships with clients
* Be a social media guru, with exposure across all platforms.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to work independently and use initiative
