A global leader in pharma and healthcare is growing their team and is looking to hire a Director of Data & Analytics!
As the successful candidate, you will work on understanding the company’s needs and bringing ideas on how to improve the way the business functions. A part of your role will also involve bringing in ideas for product development and working with your team to create the high level design for the delivery of those products.
The role is hybrid, based in central London and it is offering £110,000 - £130,000 + car allowance + bonus!
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, currently in a leadership and strategy-focused role
* Stakeholder management abilities, capable of understanding business needs and supporting non technical teams with data solutions
* Managing and leading technical teams as well as managing project delivery and ability to translate an idea into a product
* Healthcare and/or pharma experience
* Technical background such as hands-on Data Scientist or Data Engineer is required, this role is focused on strategy but needs someone with great technical knowledge
Desirable skills:
* Experience assessing existing solutions and improving them with new implementations
