Key Responsibilities: * Programme Management:
* Lead and manage complex programmes related to the supply chain and industrialisation of aerospace electrical systems.
* Develop and implement programme plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

* Supply Chain Management:
* Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Collaborate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

* Industrialisation:
* Drive the industrialisation process of new and existing products, focusing on machining and casting.
* Implement best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
* Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

* Specialist Problem Solving:
* Identify and resolve technical and operational issues within the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
* Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
