Job Description:

The role:To provide administration support to the Business Development and Property Teams contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of property management projects - 22.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of the new build/development care home pipeline
* Producing reports and analysis to support the site selection and project approval process.
* Liaison with internal teams and external consultants to request estimates, sketches, and market reports to ensure timely submission of development appraisals.
* Assist in the production of material for ad hoc reports.
* Diary management, expenses claim, travel and meeting arrangements, note taking.
* Assist in the administration of Contract Frameworks
* Mail merging, data collation and producing letters.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years administrative experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* The candidate should exhibit initiative and enthusiasm.
