My client is seeking a Financial Controller to report into the Director of Finance to support with four specific project areas focused around year end and, processes review and improvement.

Description
Responsible for four main project areas -
* Producing the annual accounts and dealing with the auditors
* Implementing audit recommendations
* Reviewing processes and making improvements
* Providing capital accounting support
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
* Qualified accountant
* Strong technical background
* Experience of creating financial statements / annual reports and accounts preparation
* Strong financial control process improvement reviews and implementations
* Capital accounting technical skills and experience
* Public Sector background and understanding essential
* Strong team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
