Building Management Systems Engineer
We are looking for a BMS Engineer to join our client based in the Wales and Wrexham Area.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual who is a qualified electrician who will need to manage projects from point of sale to hand-over in a timely fashion, staying in budget whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
The role:
* Working to customers specifications
* Site meetings
* Dealing with client concerns from before, during and after of installation
* Advising clients of Telephone, ASDL requirements as well as firewall and port issues, and understanding GPRS/GSM & failover solutions
* Control panel design, building panel layout and wiring
* On site panel modifications and panel testing on and off site.
* Graphic backdrop design
* Remote assistance of control of BMS system
The Individual:
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Provide an efficient service, with a keen eye for detail and quality
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Honeywell and Trend software
* CSCS registered
* Certificate of Asbestos awareness training
* Full UK driving license essential
