Bookkeeper
Salary: £35 - £38k
Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + free parking
Start Date: ASAP however they will wait for the right person if you have notice.
Location: Rural Sevenoaks - due to location you will need access to your own vehicle.
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Working: Office only
We are currently seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join an exciting engineering organisation in Sevenoaks!

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s financial transactions. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organisation by actively managing all aspects of bookkeeping and financial administration.
�? What You’ll Do:
* Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and monitoring payment deadlines.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
* Prepare financial reports, budgets, and month-end close activities.
* Assist with the preparation of year end ready to present to the auditors.
* Support the Director in various ad-hoc financial tasks.
�? What You’ll Bring:
* Solid experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Ideally you will offer a relevant accountancy/finance qualification however they will also consider someone who is QBE.
