We are delighted to be working with a ambitious and growing practice with an opportunity for a experienced fee earner with confidence to work their own caseload.
Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities Include:
*Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files
* Updating clients
* Understand and meet targets.
* Understand and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions.
* Be able to identify issues in advance of Litigation.
* Must be a strong communicator.
Experienced Needed:
* Knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
* Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to RTA claims
* Proven track record in successfully litigating cases through to settlement or trial
* Must be proficient in using MOJ or OIC portal at all stages
* Ability to provide a high level of client care
