This is an urgent role due to demand so will be as immediate as you can start!
Before you apply
* the role is office based - no hybrid on offer
* you will be required to work a Saturday - 1 in every 5 at present but busy periods every other!

Working for a local company with international fame you will be:
* Taking orders and queries via the phone as well as email
* Processing orders
* Updating customers on the progress of their order
* Dealing with Amazon / eBay and social media orders and enquires
* Liaising with stock control so you can ensure customer orders are fulfilled
* Manifesting and shipping when needed
The hours of work are flexible from an 8am start to 5:30pm with an early finish on a Friday (39 hours per week).
