Job Title: Customer Service Sales Advisor
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, plus  Saturday mornings on 1 in 4 rota basis
Location: Alcester (must be able to drive)

Key duties and responsibilities:
* Delivering fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Scheduling appointments and managing internal diaries.
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure necessary resources are available.
* Providing customers with progress updates and resolving queries.
* Updating the CRM and maintaining accurate records.
* Upselling additional services and providing estimates.
Skills and Experience Required:
* At least 1 year experience within customer service and sales.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
* Proficient with computer systems.
* Automotive experience or a keen personal interest within this industry.
* Drivers License required.
