Finance Systems Analyst, Liverpool, FTC.
An exciting new contract opportunity has arisen for a finance systems analyst to work at a leading law firm in Liverpool. This role sits within the finance systems function and works closely alongside business support teams and practice areas.
Main day to day responsibilities:
* Supporting and maintaining the firm’s current business systems
* Troubleshooting and query resolution.
* Reviewing and improving business processes.
* Reviewing and implementing new applications.
* 2nd line billing and time recording support.
* Creating SQL queries and reports.
* Configuring and troubleshooting workflows.
* Analysing client and matter data.
* Testing new applications.
* Training users.
Main experience and skills required includes:
* Excellent application and back-end knowledge of Aderant.
* Experience of InTapp and Chrome River.
* Knowledge of legal billing.
* Excellent working knowledge of SQL queries.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Exposure to project work and managing timescales.
* Previous law firm experience.
