Job Description:
A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Mill Programmer/ Setter for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Brentwood.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Programming and setting Lathes from drawing or cad files in the most efficient manner while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
* Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.
* Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan.
Requirements:
* Siemens 840 experience
* Milling background is required.
* Experience using multi axis live tooling.
* Experience setting various lathes, Experience of twin spindle machining)
* CAM Programming
Hours:
* Tuesday to Friday : 7am-5.15pm
* 4-day working week
