Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Alderley Park Recruitment. This is a full 360-degree role where you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will work on a cold desk, requiring a proactive approach to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Support will be provided by recruitment managers to help you succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
* Understand clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Conduct client meetings and presentations to establish recruitment strategies.

* Candidate Sourcing and Management: * Proactively source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
* Provide detailed feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Full Recruitment Cycle Management: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using our CRM system.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

* Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
* Cold call and network to generate leads and convert them into new clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

* Support to Recruitment Managers: * Collaborate with recruitment managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Assist recruitment managers with administrative tasks and client management as needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role or similar.
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in using recruitment software and other technology tools.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
