Job Purpose *Support a varied tax portfolio consisting mainly of SME clients, providing excellent compliance, advisory and planning services
*Review financial documents, including tax returns and computations, to ensure the highest level of accuracy
*Provide support to Senior Managers and Directors on varied case work, developing your skills alongside them
*Ensure HMRC compliance with relevant statutory requirements
*Research regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations
*Nurture meaningful relationships with clients, ensure deadlines and budgets are met
*Mentor and guide junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
*Champion your own professional development by undertaking learning opportunities where possible

Job Requirements *CTA or ATT qualified or currently studying
*Recent advisory and compliance experience in practice environment
*Good technical tax knowledge
*Excellent communicator both on paper and in person
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Well organised and confident managing own workload
*Good at working under pressure
*Self-motivated, professional and reliable
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
*Keen to progress within the firm
