Job Purpose
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations, optimises resources, and maintains high standards of safety and compliance. This role also involves strategic planning, material procurement, and adherence to laws and regulations. Additionally, the Operations Manager will foster team development, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to manage risks and identify growth opportunities.
