Job Description:
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge…? If so we might have the role for you. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager that will lead the delivery of multiple projects across multiple customers. The projects will include IT Systems, Infrastructure, and rolling out our projects.
Experience working with contractors allowing IT systems to be installed and self-service installs is required.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Experience with working with contractors
* Experience working within the EPOS and IT industry desirable
* Working on large roll-outs desirable
* Working on mutiple projects desirable
* Vendor Management 
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Define all aspects of the project plan, including scheduling and managing activities, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, acceptance and quality criteria, commercial arrangements, financial parameters, and subcontractor management.
* Identify and involve all project stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and supportive throughout the project stages.
* Establish robust acceptance criteria for each project element, ensuring measurable performance and appropriate customer sign-off.
* Manage various third-party suppliers, including main contractors and shopfitting suppliers, to complete in-store refresh projects involving layout changes and IT upgrades.
* Monitor project performance against the plan, initiating remedial action or escalation when necessary.
* Ensure timely and appropriate project reporting and escalation to internal and customer stakeholders.
* Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Adhere to the chosen project management methodology, focusing on planning, control, reporting, documentation, quality, risk management, and change control.
* Assist with preparing and controlling the project budget, ensuring delivery against financial targets and accurate financial forecasting.
* Manage and set objectives for the project team, ensuring high performance and motivation, and regularly monitor performance against targets, taking necessary remedial actions.
