Job Title: Semi-Skilled Fabricator

Location: Chesham
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Pertemps are working with a leading manufacturer specialising in custom-made plastic fabrication and innovative sales displays who are looking for a Semi Skilled Fabricator to join the team! The ideal candidate would have experience working with MDF / Acrylic materials.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret product schematics, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
- Fabricate components using MDF and Acrylic materials.
- Operate hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble parts.
- Ensure all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and secured.
- Collaborate with skilled fabricators and other team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
- Assist in product development meetings as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with MDF and Acrylic materials.
Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools.
Good dexterity, attention to detail, and color vision.
Physical stamina to handle manual tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
