Job Description:
Although sales support is preferred, recruitment for this role is very much based on the successful individual being the right company fit. You will be a friendly, flexible individual who is happy to help out as needed.
Working in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home after training
Role Overview
The Sales Support role is focussed on supporting the Sales team. The role involves processing orders, providing delivery details and order updates to clients, shipping queries, reports and various other tasks to assist both sales team and customers.
The Sales Support Administrator will be liaising with multiple departments such as Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and of course Sales to resolve any potential issues and ultimately ensure that a customers experience of dealing with the company is a positive one, encouraging them to use us time and time again.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading of customers’ orders.
* Providing ETAs on back-ordered items.
* Assisting to resolve any customer issues that arise.
* Completion of weekly, monthly or project tasks as set by line manager.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong social & communication skills.
* Experience with Excel is essential.
* Ability to work pro-actively, efficiently & independently.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Punctual and professional.
