RG Consultancy are working with a very well established wholesale and distribution business based in Rochdale who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to manage and oversee their department. You will oversee a small team of 4 people, work closely with and report to the Finance Director.

The Role
* Manage and oversee the financial function for the company
* Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, purchase/sales ledge and credit control
* To ensure timely supply of compliant, accurate and up to date financial data
* Budgets and forecasting, monthly review of forecasting
* Maintain daily cashflow
* Monthly review of aged debt
* Lead annual audit process
* Support/reporting in stocktakes, valuations and variances
* Preparation of VAT Returns
* Provide leadership/direction and manage a small team of 4
The Person
* A professional qualification CIMA/ACCA/AAT would be an advantage, however QBE is also considered
* At least 2+ years working in a similar role
* Experienced in managing a small team
* Experience within the distribution/wholesale industry would be an advantage
