Accountable Recruitment are currently working with a global organisation who are looking to recruit an ambitious PQ Assistant Accountant on a Full-time, permanent basis to support their large Finance team.

Key Duties:
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage and maintain fixed asset register on a monthly basis
* Support with month end journals
* Cost Centre reports of actuals versus budget/forecast and review reports with budget holders
* Formation of year end statutory accounts
* Support Transactions teams with queries
* Assist with Year End audit
* Support month-end close / pack and assist Financial Controller when necessary
* Actively seek to implement continuous improvement in area of responsibility
Key Experience required:
* Studying ACCA / CIMA and ambitious to qualify
* Strong Excel and system skills required
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* Great communication skills to support Stakeholders / Budget Holders / Auditors / Transactional Teams
