About the Role:
Do you dream of a rewarding career in finance? Our client in Leicester seeks a driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor/Broker to join their dynamic team. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support while guiding clients through the mortgage process.
Responsibilities:
* Earn your CeMAP qualification (if required).
* Learn about mortgage products, regulations, and the Leicester market.
* Build strong client relationships and understand their financial goals.
* Conduct consultations and recommend suitable mortgage options.
* Prepare and submit accurate mortgage applications.
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
* Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process.
* Exceed monthly sales targets.
* Actively participate in training programs.
Qualifications:
* Trainee Mortgage Advisor/Broker with CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) preferred.
* Leicester commute possible.
* Previous sales experience (financial services/customer service a plus).
* Clean credit history and valid UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Competitive salary up to £25,000 with car allowance (OTE £45k year 1, £65k+ thereafter).
