Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our client’s finance team in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a significant analysis project. The successful candidate will support the finance function by leveraging advanced Excel and PowerBI skills to analyze data and create operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract and manipulate large datasets from Excel for analysis.
* Utilize advanced Excel functions and PowerBI to create detailed operational reports.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and data visualizations.
* Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.
The successful candidate will:
* Be available on immediate or short notice (2 weeks maximum)
* Ability to navigate Excel to an advanced level, pulling data from VLOOKUPs and Pivot Table.
* Experience or knowledge of PowerBI
* Ability to commute to the Eastbourne area on a daily basis.
