Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
Non Case Holding - Must have experience with Exploitation and Adolescence as a must. Must be at a level to support with signing off Risk Assessments - Practice educator would support in short-listing of candidate
The Team is part of an integrated service which means we are closely aligned with the Youth Justice Service (YJS) and exploitation services. As a result of these close links, as a Social Worker you will be working alongside police officers, health workers, psychologists, education workers, substance misuse workers, as well as other Social Workers (of course!) and many others.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
* Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
