Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Production Meetings: Lead and manage daily production meetings to ensure smooth operations and address any immediate concerns.
* Team Management: Train, develop, and manage all operators and team leaders, including hiring new talent and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
* KPIs: Set and manage key performance indicators to drive productivity and achieve operational goals.
* Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.
* Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues, minimizing disruptions.
* Downtime Reduction: Collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and enhance overall equipment efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a production management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
