Job Description:
Our client based in the centre of Gloucester have a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their hardworking and friendly team.
This is an exciting opening to join a company who provide training services across the country and due to business growth and expansion are recruiting for a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be highly organised with great customer service experience. The role will involve proactive outbound calling (not cold calling) for approximately 50% of the day therefore, to apply you must be comfortable with telephone work.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound Account Management calls to current customers to maintain and re-establish contact, update their records and promote services.
- Make weekly calls to customers with invalid email addresses to update the database and correct the details on record, with the goal of generating new leads.
- Assist with preparing email proposals for customers, ensuring that all enquiries are handled with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create posts on Google My Business to promote public scheduled courses.
- Update the company’s booking and marketing CRM systems to ensure that all records are accurate, and details are recorded of activities carried out.
- Assist with inbound calls from enquiring customers, informing them of services and answering their questions.
- Assist with the sales and marketing of public scheduled courses. This would involve calling customer past and new enquirers and highlight the forthcoming events.
- Develop a strategy on LinkedIn for promoting and selling services.
- Carry out follow up calls for all course enquiries to secure bookings and maximise sales.
- Work on monthly sales initiatives to target specific customer markets. This would include online research, outbound calls, the preparation of a mailshot and then follow up calls.
- Ensure all communications, including enquiries by email and phone, are replied to accurately and meet quality assurance standards.
- Make follow up calls to leads from the website.
- Send out brochures to all new enquiries.
- Carry out customer care calls after the course to obtain feedback and deal with any related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Call and email past customers when their qualifications are due for renewal.
- Assist with representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and networking meetings as required
- Attend required training courses, meetings and updates as requested by the Operations Manager and Directors.

- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, but also confident to work independently and ask for instructions when unsure
Hours - Part Time - Negotiable
Salary - £25k pro rata + monthly team bonus (£50-£250) + 25 days holidays + bank holidays!
