Job Description:
Title: Personal Injury Lawyer NQ
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
This position is perfect for a newly qualified Lawyer with 0-2 years of PQE who is ready to manage their own caseload under supervision. You will handle comprehensive case management, requiring sound theoretical knowledge, impeccable judgement, and the ability to see cases through from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with experienced legal professionals, gaining valuable experience in personal injury law and contributing significantly to team objectives and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling fast track personal injury claims, including familiarity with the litigation process (ideally 0-2 years PQE).
- Skills: Strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication abilities. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Word, as well as electronic case management systems.
- Client Interaction: Direct client interaction experience, with a focus on client care.
- Knowledge: Expertise in personal injury law, CPR, rules of evidence, litigation processes, and funding. Ability to assess and advise on evidence, liability, and quantum.
- Education: Possession of a law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Attributes: Proven track record of meeting deadlines, strong file management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
