About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join the finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves providing financial administrative support with a primary focus on Purchase Ledger and Payroll.
Duties will include:
* Matching, coding, and inputting supplier invoices and credit notes.
* Reconciling credit card statements
* Processing payment run
* Assisting with payroll processes, including processing starters and leavers, collating pay data, keying into Sage Payroll, and submitting reports to HMRC and the pension provider
* Submitting timesheets
* Processing expenses
* Monitoring and recording staff holidays and absences.
* Providing assistance and cover to Credit Control.
About the Successful Applicant
* Previous experience working in a finance team
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Great communication skills
