A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Hire Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Stanford-Le-Hope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional teamwork, communication and knowledge of hires.
Responsibilities:
* Managing hire team day to day (small team of 4-5 admin staff)
* Ensuring all targets are being met
* Decision making / problem solver
* Streamlining all processes
* New hire system implementation over next 24 months
* Stock control and understanding utilization
* Recommendations to management regarding equipment and staff
* KPI reporting to senior management
Requirements:
* Must have experience working in a ’hire’ company or background e.g. tool hire, furniture hire etc.
* Understands the concept of hire, availability on stock and how to manage costs
* Exceptional customer service and communication
* Target focused and exceptional team player
Working hours:
Full-time, office-based.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
