Digital Support Specialist
Role: Digital Support Specialist Where: Eastleigh outskirts Salary: £26-28,000pa + overtime
Our client an award winning, leading provider of solutions in their industry are currently looking to recruit a Digital Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team player with a passion for IT and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
Software Installation and Support:
* Install software applications and services for clients.
* Assist with new client software system setups and troubleshoot any issues.
* Digital Product Licensing: * Manage licensing for digital products used clients.
* Liaise with third-party digital license providers to understand their products and integrate them into the suite.

* Client and Internal Support: * Conduct software setups, training sessions, and troubleshooting for clients.
* Support Client Support Managers with client queries regarding digital services and software applications.
* Coordinate with external support teams and manufacturers to address client needs.

Essential Skills:
* Prior experience in IT and customer service roles is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Windows IT systems, including installation, uninstallation, and user/network permission management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
* Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in recording and capturing information.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as a team player.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Note: Out-of-office hours support will be required once fully trained which is rota based.
