Do you thrive on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction?
THCH is seeking a passionate Complaints Officer to join our team and play a vital role in improving our customer experience.
About You:
* Experience in complaints handling or problem-solving customer service.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and investigative skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
* Investigate complaints, gather information, and recommend solutions.
* Respond to complaints clearly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed.
* Work with colleagues to ensure efficient complaint handling and adherence to procedures.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Uphold THCH’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
