Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class treatments and exemplary customer care to guests.
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments
* Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences
* Deliver personalized beauty services tailored to meet clients’ needs and expectations
* Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
* Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through training and professional development.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Requirements:
* Passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every client.
* Hold relevant Health & Beauty qualification. (Ideally level 4 and above)
* Act as an ambassador for the spa, showcasing style and integrity.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity.
* Demonstrable knowledge of current trends in the Health and Beauty industry.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:

£30,000+ commission
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
